Three ODIs and three Twenty20i series will be played at home against Zimbabwe to kick off the Sri Lanka National Team's 2024 international cricket schedule.
In January and February, there would be a series against Afghanistan that would include one test match, three One-Day Internationals, and three Twenty20 Internationals.
After that, the Sri Lankan national squad will go to Bangladesh for an all-format tour before leaving for the United States and the West Indies for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024.
In 2024, it is anticipated that delegations from India, New Zealand, and the West Indies will visit the nation as part of the FTP.
Midway through the 2024 season, the National Team will play a three-match test series against England in England, and visits to South Africa and New Zealand will round off the season.
"Our team will be playing competitive cricket all year round, so we are looking forward to a very exciting year with a lot of international cricket to be played," stated Mr Ashley De Silva, CEO of Sri Lanka Cricket.
De Silva continued, "We anticipate that the 2024 schedule will provide our players with plenty of playing opportunities, fans with entertainment, and our sponsors with great exposure."
